Agent for Service of Process

By law each Corporation or LLC is required to appoint a registered agent to receive service of process.  If you don’t have a NH address or it is not adequately staffed Concord Search & Retrieval, Inc. provides this valuable service.($75 each entity/year). Our office is staffed Monday-Friday from 8-5.  We represent hundreds of foreign(out of state) entities in this capacity.  Upon receipt of service, we contact you immediately for delivery instructions. Information is sent, via overnight, fax, or email depending on your needs.
