Name Clearance & Reservations

The hardest part about filing in New Hampshire is finding a name.  Many names are already taken or require consent.  An online search will not suffice as the State does a more thorough search upon submittal of documents.  Concord Search can pre-clear and reserve names on your behalf.  Then when a filing is submitted it is not rejected because of name conflicts.   The name can be reserved for up to 120 days.  We can search multiple names in order of preference  to save time and expense.  This may be the most important service for any new company you represent.
